SHIPPING POLICY

To deliver an item purchased online, requires shipment for its delivery. The buyer will meet customs and import duties. Extra shipment surcharges or fees will be charged to the customer if he under declare the weight of a package. Air shipments might be necessary for items purchased that need a quick delivery. Packages are monitored online via a tracking number that will be specified to you by the courier company. Most courier companies reserve the right to reject the delivery of parcels to 'remote areas'. They will in turn offer the buyer a full refund. The time of delivery May be affected by external or natural factors therefore goods are not always delivered on time. The courier company will notify you if delivery may delay.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver to UK and Ireland and in the event of international purchase from our store; we can arrange delivery if by any means there is a courier company delivering to your location. However, we are currently not shipping to military APO/FPO addresses. This may change in the future, so please check with us from time to time.

TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?
Shopping with us has many rewards, one of them being that you save time. Another advantage is that you can track your order shipment. To do this, login to your account located on the top right corner of our website, enter account details (email address and password) that you registered with, your account will load and you can check status of your order and every detail or you may follow the link in the dispatch confirmation email sent when your order is shipped.

TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER?
The delivery of parcels varies depending on its nature. Goods bought from us which should be delivered within the country are delivered via road or rail services that might take a few days to deliver. Good shipped to other countries may delay for a while due to customs checks and other related issues. However, delivery will vary with the delivery address and country code. The progress of the transaction is tracked online. Backup and full support will be offered to you by the courier service, and they’ll make sure that the package is delivered in the proper status.

ON DELIVERY
The courier or postman is grand to leave the package with your neighbor at your request; however the neighbor must sign upon delivery to ensure that the package reaches you safely.

Note that the postman will not leave you package in the garage or side gate. If you’re not in at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card so that you may rearrange delivery. Drop shipping (whereby the order is passed on to a third party) is also possible. Royal mails can be collected at the venues stated on the card as well.

UPS and Royal Mail can make up to three attempts to deliver your order and will hold your parcel up to ten days. After which the parcel will be shipped back to us. Should this occur, you’ll be charged the initial shipping fee together with the return cost. Your order will be refunded, and these fees applied.

Royal Mail will not redeliver to a different address. UPS may accommodate, please make an arrangement with UPS once a calling card has been delivered.

All our orders require a signature upon delivery, which is our assurance that the package reaches you safely and hasn’t got lost along the way. Delivering and leaving a package without a signature means you have not obtained and if damaged or stolen might cause confusion. Therefore even in the event of your request we never leave packages without a signature
